I have enjoyed working with Swati very much. She creates a sacred, safe space for me to release anything that should come up during our sessions. EMDR, especially in conjunction with cognitive therapy, has helped to take the power away from negative thoughts and past experiences, that seemed to have had a hold on me before. Her meditation classes helped guide me to feel more grounded, centered and calm. I learned helpful techniques that I can call on at anytime to bring peace in the body, mind and spirit.
